Areas of Interaction

My APPROACHES TO LEARNING
Seeing the world though communication and thinking skills
It is my responsibility to support my learning. Whether this means getting help from teachers when I don’t understand, or being focused in class, it’s all up to me. The skills I need to succeed are,
  • Organization
  • Collaboration
  • Communication
  • Information and Literacy
  • Thinking
And
  • Transfer

Importance of COMMUNITY AND SERVICE
Seeing the world through a participation in the community
Throughout my school life at CDNIS, I will strive to fulfill the school mission ‘To develop responsible global citizens and leaders through academic excellence’. I will do this one step at a time. And by participating and providing service within the communities I live with, I can be a responsible citizen.

The ENVIRONMENTS in which we all live
Seeing the world environmentally.
It is everyone’s responsibility to take care of our environment. Environments such as,
  • Virtual
  • Built
And
  • Natural
Environments, locally and globally. How we treat our environment affects the environments and our own future. Exploring environmental issues around the world increases our awareness, guiding our decisions regarding our environment.

My HEALTH AND SOCIAL EDUCATION
Seeing the world through health
By knowing how I can take care of myself, I develop independence. Through the Teacher Adviser Programs, I can learn about myself and learn how to think about my physical, mental and social well-being. By knowing this I can provide my own happiness and health.

HUMAN INGENUITY
Seeing the world creatively and inventively
Because of the inventions and creations made throughout history, there have been major and minor influences and impacts in our daily routine. In history there have been many problems in which has been resolved creating new inventions or advances. And with knowing this, we can investigate the positive and negative impacts that affect the environment, the society and ourselves.
